These Terms and Conditions aim to define the terms and conditions under which MADRE & VOUS offers its support services, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

Any order or acceptance of service implies full and complete acceptance of these T&C.

MADRE & VOUS offers personalized support services including, but not limited to:

• grocery shopping and personalized purchases
• meal preparation
• administrative and digital assistance
• tailored support particularly for people with temporary disabilities, pregnant women and postpartum
• accompaniment to medical appointments, aesthetic care for dependent persons,
• routine home and laundry maintenance, light maintenance, garden care, small repairs, pet walking for dependent persons,
• activities and outings outside personal services, nursing home activities.

Some services fall within the Personal Services framework as defined by articles L.7231-1 and D.7231-1 of the French Labor Code.

Other services, including exceptional outings, activities or specific activities, fall outside Personal Services and are not eligible for tax credit. They are clearly identified as such.

The personalized support offered by MADRE & VOUS is exclusively for autonomous or semi-autonomous individuals, with an autonomy level compatible with non-medicalized support, particularly those classified as GIR 5 or GIR 6.

All services are subject to a preliminary discussion.

Rates are expressed in euros and communicated before any intervention. Services are offered as one-time services or subscriptions.

Payment is made according to the terms agreed between the parties, particularly by card, bank transfer or via the URSSAF platform when the Immediate Advance system is used.

Payment for services is made at the end of each session or at the end of the four-week cycle.

In case of non-payment by the agreed deadline, late payment penalties may be applied, calculated at three times the current legal interest rate.

If not regularized within seven days following the deadline, MADRE & VOUS reserves the right to suspend services until full payment of amounts due, without this suspension engaging its responsibility.

Services eligible for Personal Services may entitle to a 50% tax credit, in accordance with article 199 sexdecies of the French General Tax Code.

Eligibility depends on the beneficiary's personal situation and current regulations.

MADRE & VOUS cannot be held responsible for refusal of eligibility.

MADRE & VOUS is bound by a duty of care.

Support provided by MADRE & VOUS is planned in four-week cycles, without duration commitment.

At the end of each cycle, the Beneficiary may, according to their needs, choose to

MADRE & VOUS may arrange activity interruption periods during the year, up to ten weeks.

Scheduled interruption periods are communicated to the Beneficiary in advance.

Any scheduled intervention is considered reserved.

Any request for modification or postponement must be made at least fifteen days before the scheduled date and remains subject to MADRE & VOUS' agreement, depending on organizational constraints.
